I stand corrected... although isn't the DMC really 3 clubs? More clubs will likely be proved to be better represented as well.

The DMC is one club with chapters in Phoenix, Tucson, and Sierra Vista. We have over 100 members with new MINIs and classics. We have been around just under 2 years.

BatgirlWildcat,

Congrats to you on the Graphics!!! With all those MINIs with graphics, you stand tall.

Thanks for the complement. The "Pooper" was dressed to party, but as you noticed not a lot of graphics.

Had a blast. Hope to see you again soon.

Keep all four on the road.

Cheers

I am getting ready now. No time to waste, only 361 more days.

Had a great visit with Randy and Peter from m7 at the C3 breakfast. I learned more about my car in 20 minutes than I have in the past 6 months.

I just ordered the m7Tuning Under Strut System (USS), 2% pulley, an intercooler, and thinking about some camber plates.

Trying to find someplace to get the Pooper dyno'd.

Then to get some track time.

Gotta keep up with all you kids.

There is a shop down the street from GS Tuning in Santa Rosa. Perhaps when you take it to GS for the understrut, they can arrange for a Dyno the same day too. What kind of intercooler you getting?

Norm, this is an excerpt from Webb Motorsports re: the GRS intercooler:

GRS Top Mount Intercooler $855.00 Shipping Weight: 12 lbs

The workmanship of this unit is straight out of Formula 1. The unit is bonded instead of welded to reduce pressure loss, and the core is the nicest I've seen to date. The end tanks are hand formed and tigged, and the finish even without the optional polished end tanks is art-like.
Installing the unit is relatively simple, as are most of the top mount air-to-air units. You remove the stock intercooler, and replace it with the GRS using the stock intercooler boots. The fit is excellent, and unlike some of the other units available, it has no clearance issues at all. The stock diverter set up is removed, and with it, most of the weight gained by adding the intercooler. It is replaced with a slick, two-piece diverter that forces all of the air coming into the stock bonnet scoop through the intercooler.

Stock Intercooler
Boost - 10.8 PSI
Inlet temp -262F
Outlet temp - 120F
Ambient temp - 83F
Horsepower - 189HP
Torque - 157 FT/LBS

GRS Intercooler
Boost - 10.3 PSI
Inlet temp - 270F
Outlet temp - 114F
Ambient - 83F
Horsepower - 199.5HP
Torque - 161 FT/LBS
Max change
This is comparing GRS to Stock:
Outlet temp 14F
Horsepower +10.5
Torque +4
Pressure -.5 PSI

Just reviving and returning the thread to the events calendar. The calendar was completely updated this morning. Review the calendar for all REME, Northern CA, Central CA, and Oregon major events.

REME has developed our club calendar through through November 2007. We have four multi-day events planned for 2007.
