My horn is stuck after using it. I had to disconnect the battery to shut it off. Everything looks fine on center hub of steering wheel. I dont want to pop off the center and have an airbag explode in my face. Anyone know how to troubleshoot this so I can use my car?

 

What you could do for now is pull the horn fuse until you sort out what's causing the issue.

Have you tried pressing the horn switch multiple times to try to see if it's stuck? Maybe the relay? But usually relays default to normally closed so if they fail, it won't honk.
