R60 Countryman

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I own a 2011 Countryman base model and a 2011 countryman S All 4 it seams that when we try to plug in a car adapter into the cigarette plug for the cell phone it is Blowing the fuse or if we start the car with a new fuse it is blowing the fuse I have replaced the cigarette plugs but still have them blowing fuses and this is happening for both vehicles..

Original car battery? We had lighter issues with original 2011 battery. Everything back to normal after change.
