Bosch 9747 Spark Plug ok for R60 Cooper S?

Bosch 9747 Spark Plug ok for R60 Cooper S?
I folks, couldn't find much info on bosch spark plugs in Minis. The Bosch website recommended the 9747 iridium for my VIN# but they don't seem to differentiate between the Cooper S and the Copper base model. The heat range is 8 on the bosch scale. I put them in before I thought about the turbo. Seems to run ok. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance, your advice is much appreciated!

I don’t know, I tried a different plug right after I got my Countryman and it did not like them, after some research I learned that you should only use OEM plugs, (according to the inter-webs and my local Euro repair shop that I trust) so I bought some Beru OEM plugs and “Duncan” has been much happier since.

Thanks for chiming in. If it works why not I suppose. My main concern is the heat range seems high on these plugs. We'll see what happens after some longer trips. I see you are right and the interweb consesus is to use OEM spark plugs. However these are like $33 a plug. Guess I'll have to keep a close eye on them. Do you think I'm likely to do serious damage before I see a fault?

and I always keep an extra brand new set on hand, just for piece of mind
