I have a 2014 Mini Countryman bike rack which needs it's replacement parts installed. My bike was stolen very soon after I purchased the car, so the dealer provided me free of charge the replacement parts. The straps were cut. I have the top arm handle with strap and both bottom foot holders, but I have no idea how to reinstall them. Does anyone have ideas and tools I need?
