Good Day

I have a 2014 Countryman Cooper S with 78,000 km.

My seat height has been adjusting by itself when im not using the car, its takes a while but it countinues to rise.

Is there any way of fixing this?

Funny, mine was doing the same thing and magically stopped after about 3 months. No help I know, sorry!

2012 Mini Countryman S All4

 

mine did the same thing until i just started checking it every time i got in the car- i ride mine all the way down. after about 2 weeks of adjusting it back down at least a full push each time, it started to not move back up........ dont know why, but it just stopped.

 

I have a 2012 S-All4 that was doing the same thing a year ago... The dealer had to replace the seat frame to correct the problem. They didn't believe me when I took it in and told them the seat adjusts itself. They actually laughed at me... So I had to leave it over night so they could see for themselves. They weren't laughing when I came to pick it up the next day...
