My '13 countryman S has just started acting up majorly. While driving, it will randomly keep me in one gear and won't change, even when I try manually shifting. When I turn the car off and back on and put it into 'D', the car will give off one big shudder and then start driving normally until 15 seconds or so when this icon appears on my dash and keeps me in 3rd gear again.

Really hope its not going to be a big issue.
