Mini countryman all4s2011 current fuel consumption delay display problem

Hi, do someone can tell me why current fuel consumption is delay changes?
Background, after I do mini R60 recall radio boost CD and software update project via 4S, I find my mini current fuel consumption update to delay changes(depress the accelerator pedal, the current fuel consumption value delay 1 or 2 s changes from 0; depress braker pedal, the current fuel consumption value delay 1 or 2 s changes to 0). Before I do this recall project, my mini current fuel consumption is real-time changes, no delay issue (depress the accelerator pedal, the current fuel consumption value directly changes from 0; depress the braker pedal, the value directly changes to 0).

Is it software update, the latest one is right, or the old one is right? Confused

My mini type: countryman all4s2011 version

Thanks!

The old way (real time) is what I would expect. I'll check on my way home today and see what my 2012 does. They may have changed the software to collect an average of a couple seconds before changing the display.

I checked mine yesterday and the current consumption changes real time. No delays.
