Rear Seat Back Release

Greetings. I have a 2012 All4, and the release tab for the drivers side rear seat has been pulled out (gone).

Just wondering if there is a way to remove the seat back to get access to fix it. Dealer wants $500 to do the job, and says that it is not covered in the boot to bonnet.

Thanks

Ask the service manager to show you _where_ in your warranty book this part is specified as being not covered.

Yeah, that can't be true. A seat release is not a wear and tear item. Your dealer is trying to screw you.

There is a new range of seats. For your convenience, You can choose from the following:
Velo Raceseats
Cobra Raceseats
Sabelt Raceseats
Monza Raceseats
Seat Mounts.
Each has also a range of seats.
