i have an 04 MC and of late my headlights flicker and sometimes go out. only one goes out at a time, but when it does it turns the side turn signal on, i've taken it to a local shop, i dont live close to a dealer. the mechanic said i had a shortage in the grounding for the headlight. would this be an easy fix? and i'm looking at getting some halo headlights, would this help the issue or would the wiring harness need to be rewired?
