So the other day I tried to lay my bench seats flat and when I pulled the handle on the middle the handle pulled but nothing happened. So I opened up the side of the seat to find that the little plastic lever that the strap attaches to was broken on my 3000 mile car.

So I figured no big deal I'll call the dealer and pick one up and slap it in and be done with it. But after the call to the dealer I find I am unable to order this part and I have to have the entire bench seat repleaced. Really the entire seat for a 2 dollar part that can easily be replaced?

So now I have to drop off my mini at the dealer that is and hour from me for the day so they can look at the part before they order the seat. Then I have to bring it in again later when the seat comes in.

So far not impressed.
