Yes, so far, after 7 years of R53 Mini ownership and 2 weeks with an R60, and working with two dealers.

But looking at a forum titled "Fixing Problems and Issues" for a vehicle in mostly its FIRST year of production with a highly revised engine in its first year is not going to give you a good idea of the general quality of the car or dealer service. Consider that those with no problems will not usually post here, or anywhere for that matter. Some of the items you list have been dealt with by MINI. This is one reason I waited for the second year of R60 production before ordering. Even then I think that usually the 3rd-4th year will be the best for any model.
