I have a 2014 and it has the flat load floor option, but the boot liner still doesn't fit right. None the less, it's better than having nothing. I just wish I had spent "nothing" to have gotten it.

Hmm, I am talking about the mat sits on the boot, not on the flat load floor. I was at the dealership and they gave me 2 different ones, none of them fits at all. They said they don't have it available here. The UK link I sent seems like is a perfect fit. Thanks!

Me too. It's a shame because the front and rear seat mats fit great.

i misunderstood. you're looking for a boot well liner. the one in your link does appear to fit well.

This is the ONLY boot mat in the entire WORLD that fits the MINI Countryman WITHOUT a flat load floor. My 2013 Countryman didn't come with a flat load floor and therefore, there is no boot mat on the planet that fits right.

Unfortunately, bootsliners.co.uk only ships in the UK. I sent them an email telling them they should start shipping to the US because there are so many people without flat load floors and ill fitting boot mats...

Seems like such a simple thing...

Does anyone have an answer for this? I emailed the company in the UK and got no response.

IS THERE A BOOT LINER THAT WORKS WITH JUST THE BOOT WELL?

I have not been able to find one. I ended up buying the two rear seat mats and laying them in the boot well. They cover about 80% and will be better than nothing if I want to but something dirty in that area.

The pictures on their site confuse me - looks like they are showing the same mat in the boot-well and on top of the flat load floor; doesn't seem like it would be a good fit on top if it's a snug fit below.

Maybe MINI will get it right on the 2015s (even though that's too late for the rest of us).

I concur with everyone else. Not too impressed with the fit of my OEM boot mat. I have a 2014 with the flat load floor and I found that if you move the rear seats up a little bit (not all the way up), the mat will fit "better." Too bad the boot mat quality isn't the same as the OEM FLOOR MATS.

I just thought I'd provide an update on my search for a boot mat that fits in the well instead of laying on top of the flat load floor.

I emailed Weathertech telling them they need to make a boot liner that fits the well, and I actually got a response from a customer service rep. She said she'd let the team know about my product request. That was a month or two ago, and still nothing new on the Weathertech website.

HOWEVER, I did stumble across this tonight: http://www.jcwhitney.com/frameset/?pl=nr

If you go there, and select the 2013 MINI Countryman, it gives you a number of options. The last two both read: "Small Dec Mat $64.90"

One of them says "Note: Fits cargo area behind 2nd seat," while the other says "Note: Fits in WELL behind 2nd seat"

Could this be a boot liner that is made for the well!? I'm going to buy one and let everyone know if it works.

That one looks like it's just for the flat load floor. You can tell because the sides of it aren't deep enough to fit the mold of the boot well.

Also, I received the one I ordered that said it fit the boot well. It technically does, but it doesn't have rubber sides that protect the sides of the boot well. Instead, it's just cut to lay along the bottom. Basically, you could have the flat load floor, with a regular mat sitting on top of it, but if you wanted to also protect the bottom of what's below the flat load floor, this would work.

The search continues.

Does it fit the boot-well? I just got 2014 CountryMan and haven't been able to find a good solution for the boot-well.

Cheers...

I have a well-optioned car without the load flat floor -

1) can it be found after market? [could check a junk yard I guess]

2) are there other options for the floor boot that don't require load flat floor?

2014 boot mat (no flat-cargo-floor)

I just ordered "W2440711 Weathertech DigitalFit Cargo Liner" from JC Whitney.
The product-page said "This product fits your vehicle 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman Base" and has the following details:
Weathertech DigitalFit 40711 Cargo Mat, Molded Cargo Liner, All-Weather, Black, Sold Individually
SKU #: JCW-W2440711 Mfr #: 40711
Material: Thermoplastic
Weathertech Digital Fit Series
Product Fit: Direct Fit
Molded Cargo Liner Type
Style: All-Weather
Black Color/Finish
Notes: Does not fit models with Flat Load Cargo shelf
Warranty: 3-year Weathertech limited warranty
FIT DETAILS: HATCHBACK, HARDTOP, DOES NOT FIT MODELS WITH FLAT LOAD CARGO SHELF.

Crossing my fingers that it will fit the boot-well...

cheers...

We carry now weathertech and have pictures of the items.

40711 Shows the lower Level trunk ( Non flat floor) on a F56 MINI Cooper ? Don't see it for a Countryman ?

http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/SiteSearch/ES2837424/

The Factory Boot mat from MINI fits the flat level floor ( not perfect ) but works: 51472182515 , 51472182514

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ountryman.html

But the weathertech one does : For flat level floor option MINI Countryman : 40539 , 42539 , 41539

I hate to be snarky - but everyone who has been looking for a boot mat for a non-flat floor Countryman is fully aware of the boot mats that fit the flat floor.

Literally all the comments on this thread since post #2 deal with the NON-flat floor option - anyone can make a boot mat for a flat floor . . .

Yea, just showing what we have.

That mat ordered shows for the F56 though and we have a picture of it, so that helps, don't show it for the Countryman lower floor from Weathertech. If they had one I will let everyone know since people have been looking for this.

Has anyone looked at Lloyds mats? I have the Rubber Tite floor mat in my boot space. It fits like a glove. Its got lots of texture and round divots that trap anything that spills. I know Auto Anything carries them. They run $60 and come in a bunch of colors. Black worked for me. If anyone is interested I can put up a picture tomorrow.

it arrived yesterday, and .... NO, it doesn't fit.
It is way too small, and the shape does not match at all.
I bet it was NOT for Countryman, as @ECStuning pointed out.

I just got off the phone with JCWhitney Customer Service. She was as confused as I was on why the web catalog description said it would fit Countryman. She said she'd tagged it for revision.

Thats what I thought:

Yea , its a F56 mat as I pointed out.

Most other car part sites mess up the chassis from MINI all the time. I will contact Weathertech and see if they know there is demand.

I kind of wish that i had gotten a flat load floor .. but i dont think you can really add those?

The plus side it does make the trunk have slightly more room :D

I contacted the UK supplier by phone and, despite my reiterating that there was a large market over here for his boot liners, he was adamant that he would not ship them overseas. I ended up using a plastic underbed storage bin (Sterilite from Walmart, approx. dimensions 36" x 17") that only costs about $10. I also contacted Weathertech and, as they asked, filled out a formal request for the non-flat floor R60 liner - now we will see if they are as customer-oriented as they claim (although I'm not sure I want to pay over $100 for one, which is what they imply in their ads).
