Mini countryman low power issues

Guys I’m having issues with my 2012 Mini countryman all4 s. Manual
The previous owner had the motor replaced so I don’t know how many miles are on it.

It doesn’t feel like it has much power and has excessive pressure in the valve cover. I thought pcv system so I replaced the valve cover but that didn’t take care of it. I also replaced plugs and coils at that time.

there is so much pressure in the valve cover it keeps blowing seals and leaking oil.

I did a compression check and it’s 180psi in all cylinders.

I’m randomly getting a reduced power error that goes away next time the car is started otherwise no check engine lights.

no smoke and otherwise runs ok. Scantool shows no errors and shows boost at about 13psi.

any ideas on what I should be looking for?

N18? Excessive pressure in the valve cover. If you turn the oil fill the 1/4 turn to loosen and let it sit there, what happens? Does the pressure push it up/off? There should be a bit of vacuum that lightly/sorta snugly, holding that cap down when unthreaded. I know this is subjective, but if unthreaded and sitting there while running, and you try to pick it up it should resist you just a bit from the vacuum. If you lift it up off its sealing surface, does the motor bog down from the vacuum leak?

What kind of scan tool are you using? I've been trying to find out how to read my boost pressure for ages, I have the Foxwell/Schwaben scan tool.

Next time that reduced power code comes up, read the codes without turning the car off.

Is there any consistency to when the reduced power message comes up? As in, it only comes on when doing a heavy acceleration from a stop? Or maybe when cruise control is pulling it up a long but slight road grade/hill?

Same issue with my 2012 CMS. I DO have a check engine light. I changed out all the items you have including MASS censor and new turbo lines. Pressure light comes on around 5k rpm with a hard acceleration.

I was able to get the reduce power light to stop popping up when I tightened up the cold side of the turbo hose. I'm thinking crank shaft sensor. Bank 1.
