Mario Kart Catless Downpipe with no tune

Hi I am going to be putting on the Mario Kart catless downpipe soon. I am buying an O2 spacer so i can get rid of the code (hopefully). My main question is will i have any problems with my mini by putting this on before my tune. Im doing a turbo upgrade in the summer and thats when i will be getting the tune. I have an NM intake, Charge Pipe, JB+ tune, Fully catless Scorpion Exhaust, and Megan coilovers.

This is the spacer I'm planning on. the 90 Degree one

I think with Mario's DP, you won't need the spacer. It's supposed to be designed to not throw a code.

My older versions, sometimes threw a code on a few of the newer Mini's. If you get the stage 2 tune it will suppress the CEL caused by having a catless downpipes mQubed Motorsport, Manic Tuning Dealer

you think one of your newer ones will throw a code on a 2011 countryman?

Mine is CM 2016 and it doesn't through a code. All the F series DP's I have done don't throw codes.
