Aloha, 1st time really working on the wife's R59S so I have a few questions as we bought it used in 2017.
1) The thermostat housing cracked about a week ago and had the 4-pin plug but only has two slots with wires, is this normal?
2) The new thermostat housing has 1 - 2-pin plug and 1- 2-blade plug. The harness adapter has been ordered, but is it necessary to connect 4 wires into a harness where only 2 wires exit the 4-pin plug?
