Stock Turbo Heat Shield Rattling

I have a 2014 R59S, and when my fan cuts on for the climate control, I get a significant rattle in my engine. The Turbo Heat shield is rattling and I can get out of the car, and place a wrench or something on it and the rattle stops. I've tried tightening the bolts on the shield and taking it to the dealership. The dealership said this was supposed to happen which I think isn't true. Has anyone else had this issue?

Maybe go back to the dealership and ask them to start up some other R59S units they have on the lot and see if the heat shield rattles. When they don't, then ask them to explain why it is supposed to happen on yours but not on any others.

I recently had it detailed by the dealership and I said something again, but they just seem to blow it off every time. I'm contemplating whether a turbo heat wrap will help the rattle or not. I figured if I wrapped it, and it still rattled, then it wasn't hitting the turbo itself and its rattling near the base where its bolted.

I have not noticed any rattling in that heat shield turbo area so far for us.
only 7,600 miles on the clock.

I would triple check everything. It could be a loose bolt rather than the heat shield itself that rattles.

Yeah, I've tightened all the bolts down several times over already. I might just take it to a local shop and have them take a look at it.
