Does anyone know if the rear fog light can be factory installed after purchase?
Also in terms of mini service, do you get a loaner?

Yes, but it's quite expensive I've been told. My MA had to have this done on her JCW ragtop , but she didn't set how much it was, other than that it was expensive.

 

Your R59 is probably pre wired for rear fogs. You should be able to order the parts from Way. Basically a new switch plate and a toggle switch.

You'll then need to have your mini programmed. Dealers probably won't do it. If you're near ATL, Way does programming too. Otherwise there's probably someone near you who can program this.

 

Had ordered parts from way and he was unable to code at dragon, he sent me over to HELIX motor sports. i had showed helix a thread from the electrical forum and helix was able to get it done!
