I got the call yesterday that it is on the boat, and I should be taking delivery in about 10 days.

Chili red with black stripes and all black trim. I even worked with the dealer to find a way to mess with the system and get the black wheels. I've been staring at it as my desktop background for a few weeks, so looking forward to seeing it in person.

It was pretty weird buying a car without having seen one before.

 

Congrats...so close. I think that is the really interesting thing about the Roadster, we saw a pic an knew we had to have it, without even touching one. Something about it that speaks to you on an emotional level as well as the Mini performance/fun level

I'm still impressed by those of you bold enough to order one without having seen it in person. Seeing he "Traveling Roadster" is what enabled us to pull the trigger.

Well mine looks a lot like yours, only slightly different wheels (I have the black conical spoke wheels that are quite shiny )

I've had it for a week now, and just loving it. This is my first Mini, but my 4th convertible. By far my favorite car ever.

 

Congratulations! I'm glad you are enjoying the Roadster. But you know that if you don't post a picture then it didn't really happen.

Posting a picture ... yeah ... I was able to post one, but haven't figured out how to post it in another thread. *cough* Mini Connect is easier to figure out

I guess I'll need some external picture posting site. I've always avoided those, since I don't need yet another account.
