Installing Cover Flap, headlamp washer

Does anyone know how to install this? The dealer broke the first one trying, then I ordered one from Pelican and broke that one.

When you install them make sure you dont snap the tabs. They have to go on easy and push the washer jet part out and hold it so it will snap on. Also check the jet part as it might be broken on one side then it breaks the clip in part when closed.
