Anyone know what this?

Small round grill above the wiper stalk, just puzzled really as I can't work out what it is.......

Looks like the mic for the Bluetooth phone prep, at least that's what it is on my Roadster. There's lots of similarities between the two cars. I would expect that they share the upper switch panel and dome light due to the raked windshields. The mic is up there on the hardtops and Clubmen, but I think the Roadster and Coupe get the mic on the steering column like the Convertible.

Not at all certain but it looks like a speaker\microphone used by Bluetooth\hands free. Is that a possibility. My '08 has the speaker in the overhead switch area and it isn't real effective.

Thanks guys. Yes that makes sense as I was looking for the mic last week but couldn't find it (I was looking around the top rail area)

That's where the knock-out gas is sprayed from when you press the wrong button in a Mini equipped with the 'James Bond' baddie' option (JB007). Press the grille three times in quick succession to operate the passenger ejection seat.
