I have a 2012 JCW Coupe with xenon white signals and the headlight washers. I have had the car about 3 months and noticed that the jets for the headlight washers aren't working. I went to my local dealer and was told that I have all of the equiment for the headlight washers but since it wasn't actually listed as an option on my window sticker they aren't activated and nothing can be done. SERIOUSLY??? Has anyone ever heard of this? So is it basically like my rear fog lights that are just for show and don't work ?

 

Consider yourself lucky.

Not only are they useless in cleaning the headlights (when have you ever cleaned bug guts or anything by just spraying something?), all they do is leave spots all over your bonnet, fenders, and bumper.
