Fuel gauge oddities?

The other night I fueled up at a gas station and drove a little over 100 miles, and none of the bars on the gas gauge changed. The next day I drove about 45 miles and it dropped 2 bars. Anyone else have weird behaviors in their fuel gauge?

I really never pay attention to the fuel "gauge" lights. I keep the fuel range showing in my tachometer display.

Mine functions similar to that. First corn somewhere between 90 and 115 miles, second around 140+/-. It is just the way it works.

It's not a linear gauge. There's a few older threads around here with rough estimates of how many gallons each pedal is.
