Intrested in getting a mini cooper s coupe

Hi, new to the forums and maybe intrested in getting a coupe as a dd and eventually pass it on to my daughter in about a year when she gets her license. I was wondering how you guys like it? The pros and cons of the coupe. Im just wondering how the auto tranny is and what to watch out for in minis. My wife and I took a look at a coupe in jcw trim and was really nice. Just wondering if there is a proper white exterior color from what i know their is a silver white and a pepper one.
Thanks

Pros: Fast, agile, fun, decent gas mileage-a little over 30 mpg so far, looks great.

Cons: So far, none really, at least that I didnt know about when I bought it. The sport suspension is good, but I think I should have did without it, and on some roads the road noise is a bit loud. These are things I can live with though.

And the auto trans is really nice. Ive got almost 3k miles in a month of driving and no complaints about it so far.

From: Near Martinsburg, WV.
I just picked mine up on Saturday( R58 Coupe S). I have the 6 speed manual. Love the car. By far the most fun vehicle I have ever had. I have been driving a 04 F150 and some of the things that people comment about ie. road noise, etc I don't notice as my truck was exactly quite. The coupe is way more quite then the truck. She is fun to drive, plenty of pick-up, great for the WV curvy roads. The only thing I have an issue with is the location of the seatbelt. It is hard for me to reach with my right shoulder that far back do to a couple of skiing right shoulder surgerys. I am in the process of looking for some kind of holder for the belt. Other than that sweet car. I would buy again in a second...Also be prepared for questions. I stopped at the grocery store and I had questions. Opened the trunk more questions, questions at work,,people driving by then slowing down to look...Great fun,,,enjoy the ride...

As a guy with a Lotus Exige I would expect that your daughter would be starting with a manual

I think he is trying to keep her away from his other baby.
