If you order a Cooper S with the JCW body kit is there still a paint and install charge from the dealer or is it done at the factory now?

 

Done at the factory.

 

That's what I thought but when you click on the option info button it says parts are "finished in primer ready for paint".

 

For all models or just the Coupe?

 

In the configurator, the JCW aerokit appears in two different places.

Under the Packages section, look for "John Cooper Works Package". The aerokit included with that package is installed at the factory.

The aerokit is also listed in the Accessories "John Cooper Works" section. Anything in that entire section is installed by the dealer after delivery.

All models except the Clubman and Countryman. Check the Packages section in the configurator.

 

My MA said they can do it at the factory and they do it when they place the order and not to worry about the configurator.
