I don't usually listen to WRR (sorry, DB) but the current Woofcast #396 is mostly about the MINI Coupe. They mention Jim's Coupe and say that mine is on a boat (I wish!). Nathaniel has a good review fresh from his test-drives. Check it out.

 

Sure hope it is soon. Was fun to listen to Nathaniel's review, while I respect his work I don't always agree with him. This time though we are exactly at the same place on the car.

 

I listened to the show after Zyamfier linked it in another thread, it gave me serious lust for the JCW. But I can't afford it and it'd be too much temptation lol. The S Coupe will be by far the best sports car I've ever had so it will be plenty of fun for me.

 

You will have a blast with the S Coupe and gives you a lot of options in the aftermarket and JCW kit if you ever get to a place where you want more. While I adore the GP I currently drive occasionally I had a Cooper that still brings a smile to my face as it was a great car, as is our 06 S.

 

Yep jdurdick, the only performance option I ordered for my S is DTC, so plenty more I can do if I feel the need. I'll probably do stuff like put Koni shocks in when the originals wear out. Regular tires instead of runflats are a sure thing lol.
