Hi, We're new to the Mini world. If I understand this, since we have a 2010 Mini convertible, Base not the S, that means it's a 2nd Gen-R57 model. So how do I know what engine I have? I see N12, N16, etc? How can I decode it?

2010 base model (non-S) would have an N12 engine.
