I've read on previous threads that the noise, or "clacking" sound coming from the passenger side of the engine bay, has been attributed to a faulty tensioner. Has anyone taken their Mini in and had this replaced? Did it cure the problem?

My Mini has just started making this noise and I wondered if others are living with the noise or are planning on having it looked at.

Mines got 700 miles on it now. I'm planning on getting a comment from my MA next week.
