When i went in to pick up my MINI, i went to hand over the check and they waved it off, saying it wasnt necessary......

 

Picked up on the 29th. Nothing yet.

 

Dunno what's included or time frame for delivery, but my MA did tell me that I'd be receiving a welcome kit from Mini after I get my car (ordered mid-March, not in production yet).

 

We didn't get anything from Mini USA yet, but the dealer did send us a very nice black embroidered blanket. Great gift from our MA at Bill Jacobs Mini in Naperville.

 

Wait.. we're supposed to get a gift? I mean, the car alone is gift enough but if I'm supposed to receive something from MINI other than a "you're getting a call from our survey department soon" letter, I'm all for it!

 

Heck, some of us aren't even getting the car...

But that's a whole different post.

 

I got MINI Mints, a couple of packs of MINI trading cards, and later received a personalized wall calendar w/ a pic of me+car @ delivery time.

 

When did you get it? How long after getting the MINI?

 

I got a "Mini Parking Only" template I can spray on the garage floor, WooHoo!!

 

And I got it twice, WooHoo!! WooHoo!!

 

I too received a nice fleece blanket embroidered with the MINI logo from Bill Jacobs MINI. I promptly placed it in the boot. (Always good to have a blankie in the car, IMO)

 

I found out there was a glitch in getting my post purchase whatever. I called Ask MINI and got it straightened out. They said to expect them in 4-8 weeks (there were two items), so that might explain why you March buyers don't have yours yet. I picked my car up in February, though.

 

I got an 06 Mid Feb.
What did you tell MINI USA when you called? I wonder if they cleared up the "glitch" for everyone?

I got something in the mail on Sat. I only had a brief look at the contents and I forgot about it until now. It was a book sized mailing box with a pen, notepad, several re-useable window sticker messages, a mouse pad and short book of MINI related topics. A couple of other small things I can't remember.

 

Mine came this weekend as well. Can I remember all the contents?

Mine came today . . . My fourth new MINI welcome kit . . . I like the mouse pad.

 

Got my kit today - pretty cool. Picked my MCS up on March 9.

 

Only gift so far is our first payment statement...

 

My car was delivered late Feb, I just got the welcome kit yesterday 4/30 it is cool I might use some of the window words...

 

Ive had my car since mid Feb, I hope mine shows up soon!

 

Got mine yesterday...was a nice suprise on a not so nice Monday!
