Yep, you got it. Look closely at the illustration - you'll be able to recognize the 2 camshafts if you're knowledgeable of internal combustion engines.
Yes, it's a double overhead cam. The nomenclature for engines isn't always consistent. "DOHC" always means "double overhead cam", and "SOHC" always means "single overhead cam".
The confusion comes with "OHC". Some publications use "OHC" to describe a single-cam design, while others use "OHC" to refer to *any* overhead cam design, single or double.
Likewise, many publications use "OHV" (overhead valve) to describe a traditional cam-in-block configuration (i.e. NOT overhead cam), even though pretty much all modern engines have "overhead valves", whether the cam is in the block or above the cylinder head.
So technically, the new R56 engine can be accurately described as OHC, DOHC, or OHV.
