bike inside a mini

Anyone put a road bike inside a mini. If so, can you please post pics.

no photos (yet- trying to find them), but yes, I've been known to fit two bicycles in the boot of a MINI! There is also a thread on NAM too but I can't find it either. I'll keep loking thought!

My neighbour used to do this with a high spoec mountain bike, he used to take the wheels off though

I often fit two full-sus mountain bikes and all the gear for a weekend camping in the back of the MINI without move seats forward. Just have to take the wheels off and turn the handle bars a bit as you put them in.

I have a Cervelo 2.5 (54) that I have put in the back many times with the rear wheel still on

I have to take both wheels off of my road bike to get it in the boot (unless I put the passenger seat forward). My mountain bike will go in with just the front wheel removed. I've never snapped any photos, sorry.

If you're going to put bikes in the boot, you'll probably want to keep an old blanket in the car to protect your interior from derailleurs, wheel dropouts, etc.
