Last info I saw from motoringfile.com was that the new US onlie configurator is due in December. They do have info over there about packages expected to be available in the US.

thanks. But unless I dreamnt it. Very vividley mind you. There was a customization set up. A nice looking asian girl was running the set up. you could not carry the paint job over, it was always blue. very animated with a robotic arm doing the customizations. Anyone else seen this?

 

The www.mini.com site will allow you to do a virtual "walk around" the new cars. Based on what you described, I think that is what you saw. It will even let you paint the car and change a few things (wheels and tires, color line of the interior etc.). But it's by no means a full dealer configurer with all the availible options.

msh441 is right. the international site has the walkthrough, but not a configurer. can't wait till december though.
