I currently have no RDC fault codes or TPMS warning light, but I think the batteries in the TPMS sensors are weak based on these live data:

Maybe I'll try building one of these bead breaking tools using some scrap wood.

Front ABS Wheel Sensors

Just replaced both front ABS sensors on 2013 R56 N16 Base model Mini Cooper. Was getting a variety of different codes on OBD II reader. All they are is an allen screw and 2 wire blue harness that unplugs

Depending on the year & model, MINIs use one of two different approaches to detect low tire pressure and flats: (1) tire pressure readings sent to the RDC (tire pressure control module) from pressure sensors located in the four wheels (TPMS) or (2) circumferential wheel speed readings sent to the ABS-DSC control module from the four ABS wheel sensors (FTM).

My 2012 MINI uses approach #1. If your 2013 MINI lacks tire pressure sensors, then ABS wheel sensors are used to detect low tire inflation or flats.
