Need help wiring in a ibs into a non -ibs chassis

Howdy partners. This mini cooper **** is all very new to me.. I'm helping a friend out with a 2007 r56. It has a n18swap from a 2013. There's been a bunch of weird **** going on with the system voltage being all over the place. At the battery it checks out but when I have my scan tool hooked up the voltage is everywhere, mostly above 16v..

What im thinking is the ecu is looking for the ibs sensor but there isn't one installed. I followed the ibs alternator wire blue and white or green and black or whatevertaapped up with a white wire from the starter into the cabin but I have no idea where its going or whats controlling the alternator.
If any help i would appreciate it very much. Thanks

Did you swap the engine harness? The engine harness and DME is N18 specific and there is some rewiring required to get rid of the brake pressure DTC..

I kinda picked up the project after the person who started it abandoned ship. The engine harness is from the n18, and I read that there were a couple wires that need to be swapped but any attempt i made at finding clarity on said wires was a failure..
I believe Jbe has 2013 manufacture date, the dme is mevd17.2.7 from a 2012.. the car runs but battery voltage is everywhere and idle bounces up and down, oh and sometimes there is no throttle response but other times its perfect.. we are ordering a new pcv membrane tomorrow to hopefully remedy the idle issue as the one that is in it has a slice halfway acrossed it. These are the codes im getting

0038b4 : bsd ; intelligent battery sensor missing
0036ff : dme main relay not dropped out
0037de : crank ventilation heating circuit activation; open circuit
003714 : vehicle voltage, dme main relay, working area voltage too high
