Rear Spring Diameter?

I'm considering using OEM R56 Mini Cooper rear springs in an atypical application. Does anyone know the outer diameter of the top and bottom? I'd be appreciative of dimensions from almost any modern mini; R50, R52, R56, etc as I believe they are similar.

I bought a set of rear R56 mini springs. The OD is 4 5/16" on one end and the pigtail end is 3 1/8 to 3 1/2".
