Hey you folks that have installed an Android head unit. The plastic touchscreen is very susceptible to scratches. Have anyone found a good way to clean them up? Anyone used a protector film? If so, where did you find one.

I used Photodon.com and has 2 made for my screen when i had it. Here's a pic of it to if needed.

That is exactly what I did. I bought one that was for a android tablet that was close to my dimensions and trimmed it to fit. Yes, the stock screen scratches too easy.
