Hello i had previously posted about possible engine change , now another mecanic has looked at the car and confirmed issue is broken camchain , so currently thinking this needs changing , he said not the whole engine . My question is as engine has to come out for this to be done what other parts would you recomend are done at the same time? We are thinking DPF as we had a warning light come on about that too , the car is 2013 diesel 1.6 and done 90.000 kms,I know this is a big repair but i really love the car!!!
