Dirty oil and well used vacuum pump. Internal seized and totally locked up the exhaust camshaft (when that piece of rectangular metal got bent). That happened when engine was running and the sudden lockup of the camshaft cause the bolt of the sprocket breaking off and the sprocket off the camshaft. Instantly we have valves kissing pistons.
