R56 DSC Light and Brake Light On - Both Yellow

DSC Light and Brake Light On - Both Yellow
Pulled the codes from a scan tool and here's what I got:
D374 - No DSC Message (F_CAN_ACLN_ACRO_1, ID:0x0D8), transmitter DSC sensor
D375 - No DSC Message (F_CAN_ACLN_LN_1, ID:0x0E3), transmitter DSC sensor
I also have codes CC-ID 354 (hill assist not working) and CC-ID 672 (can't find any information on this one) from the onboard computer. Could this be a wheel speed/abs sensor issue? The ABS light is not on. The brake fluid level is fine and the battery is new this summer.
The car is a 2011 Mini Cooper JCW.
