I have R56 Mini Cooper S 2009. The original battery that I have is BMW "570 CCA @ 0F" and "70 Amp Hour @ 20Hr" (see image below). Can you recommend an affordable replacement battery I can purchase?

 

When my battery died a couple months ago, I asked my tuner about replacements. He suggested my local O'Reilly store has been a good battery source instead of a more distant parts house. They don't stock the "570" version but their "600" has been working great so far. No "registering" required either, unless you have the IBS option.
