R56 SRS ribbon cable problem in steering wheel

My mini have broken ribbon cable in clock spring. I took it apart, It is really hard to find used clockspring with xenon, multiwheel, rain sensor, dsc.
Is it possible to change just the ribbon cable mechanism from a different kind of steering wheel?
