07 cooper s convertible, do not have the nav system. No radio manual. Trying to load a cd. the radio menu says no cd loaded, as I get the cd in about half way it hits something hard and stops. Any ideas whats wrong? Also if I do get it loaded how do i eject it.

 

can anbybody tell me the model number for the stock radio. Have Harmon Karmon speakers so assume it also an HK radio with single CD slot. Want to download the correct manual.
