Lowering 2013 mini s using Eibach Pro Plus

if i have theEibach Pro Plus suspension kit installed on my 2013 mini cooper s with koni Yellow shocks and struts will the car start dragging over speed bumps and damage the car?

Can someone help based their experience?

No, its not that low unless you have huge speed bumps/ in LA or NYC with bad roads. I really lowered on coilovers and I am fine. Some people that are slammed on coilovers or on air lift will have issues, but when you do that you know what you are getting into.

The biggest issue are actual rocks on the road and roadkill that might bump the lower front bumper and the pressure lip under the bumper. If you worry, just get a skidplate.

It will to some degree as the R56 has a much softer suspension then the R53 older MINIs. Its not that bad with the yellows/lowering springs. I would say you will notice at first but on long drives and smooth roads you will get used to it, the handling will be much better so that will make up for it.
