Sorry about such a newbie question. Just bought this car and the tube circled is badly rusted. I want to change it out. I cant find it on OEM parts sites. Can someone tell me what this is and where I can get it.
As BeardedForever stated, that is the coolant return line and associated banjo bolt for the turbo. To replace the line itself, you're looking for part #11537567849. The banjo bolt and o rings are part numbers #07119905973 and 07119963201 (x2) respectively. For future reference, www.realoem.com is your best friend.
There is evidence of a coolant leak happening there so yes you should be looking into a new line with new seals on the banjo bolt. Now look back towards the valve cover and pull off that heat shield on the oil feed line. It looks like there may be some oil leaking there as well.
I circled the oil feed line mentioned above for you in green. That’s the oil line that may leak, and also is known to get coked up. What you see in the picture is a little heat shield that is clipped over the line itself.

Thanks for the help -- I will order the part keep. Is there any special tool needed for the funny plastic connector on this line. I will keep you all up to date on how it goes.

I took a picture of the oil line -- funny that the two areas that look like they are seeping cannot be seen with the eye. they only show up on the picture.
