Strong Draft in driver's footwell

Might be in passenger too but not sure.

Anyway at highway speeds, I can feel a strong draft coming down from near the ODB port area but more central.

Any ideas? I'm guessing previous owner removed a panel somewhere and never replaced it. AC on or off makes no difference.

Maybe you have a busted blend door actuator.

Maybe but the draft is definitely speed dependent. The normal vent AC and heater work fine.

Will check for the cable bundle plug...

I wouldn't think it's the door strip because it's not coming from the side, it's coming from directly in the center area
