Clock without Radio

Hi all! I have a 2013 Cooper S and have replaced my stock Cooper radio. I now have an error on my tach display because the time is blank. Is there a way to set the clock without a factory radio?

FYI, this clock has the time but the error triangle on my tach drives me crazy.

Check your Owners Manual for the meaning of the triangle symbol. It might be for something else besides the clock.
