Mini Cooper R56 (2009) spec for maintenance

I just got my 1st mini yesterday, mini cooper R56 (2009).

The owners manual does not show info about the spec of the car, such as brake fluid, atf, engine oil, power steering fluid, coolant, etc... These spec are critical for service maintenance.

Anyone mind to share the spec of this model or where can i find it? I have no luck in google yet.

Thank you.

Ken

Is this the S or JCW or base model? Brake fluid: Dot 4, change when you replace pads or sooner. ATF is "lifetime" but you can drain/fill 2.5 quarts at a time from the drain plug as often as you like, every 10k miles is good, use synthetic. Engine oil is 5-30 synthetic, replace every 5-7.5k miles. No power steering fluid (it's electric, boogie woogie woogie). Coolant flush with oem fluid every 50k or when opening up system for thermostat, water pump, etc.

Here's a link to an illustrated parts list --- http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select just enter the last few characters of your VIN or select your car from the various boxes on the screen.

If you plan on DIY service, consider investing in a Bentley service manual, it'll have almost everything you need to know about your new toy, including fluids.
