TRW brake pads? From Amazon?

I found TRW ceramic brake pads at Auto Zone: http://www.autozone.com/brakes-and-t...3_217956_16108

Then I found the same pads on Amazon for nearly half the price.
Amazon Amazon

I'm suspicious of the great price. I'm thinking they could be counterfeit.

Anyone have experiences, good or bad, purchasing brake pads on Amazon?

Disregard this post, I've decided the risk of counterfeit is too great, am not going to buy brake pads on Amazon.

I bought my Akebono pads on Amazon, no issue. Many auto parts are commodity items and way overpriced on many sites. If they don't have the proper stampings on back identifying them just have Amazon pick em back up.

Now that I said all that, buying from vendors who support this site is a good idea, however sometimes the price difference is so great that it becomes to tempting to do so. I usually use ****** who supports NAM.

Wow, who's security blanket got ruffled? Blocking the name of a NAM supporter? It's name isn't Jockey is it?

All on me, the asterisk's that is. Didn't want to show favorites to any one vendor. Caveat Emptor!

Thanks for the replies, I ordered from Tire Rack, decent price for a great pad.
