Catless downpipe
So my question is if I do a catless downpipe will the check engine light affect how the car runs or will it just be there cause I have no emissions in my state and would love to do catless but don't want the check engine light to affect how she runs. Any suggestions for downpipes which have the best sound?
The ECU tune I do will suppress the CEL

I would recommend Mario carts DP and no I drove my car over 2.5 hours decatted no tune with no problems. The only thing I didn't like is not being able to tell if something else went wrong because the CEL is already on, where as the tune would fix that.
But to get rid of the light you will need an ECU tune, but you'll get more power too.
