New to Mini!

Hey everyone! I just bought my very first mini and I love it. 2012 Pepper White Cooper S Hardtop. I want to start modding it but have no idea where to start. Any suggestions?

I have to take off the silver/black jack mirror covers and replace them with either black or pepper white ones first. Then comes modding.

Welcome! That sounds like a sharp car. What sort of modding are you looking for? Handling or power?

I'm thinking power first. I would like a nice sound when starting ignition and when shifting.

For the exhaust, I would say first get rid of the resonator and straight-pipe it. Want more noise when shifting, go for a Forge atmospheric BOV. And, eliminating the turbo muffler will give you more turbo whistle. Those 3 items may not actually increase power, but you will think they did, and it will sound a lot better, IMHO.
